(1) Diplomatic representatives shall be immune from all criminal, civil and administrative jurisdictions except in the following cases:-

(a) on behalf of a foreign state Disputes arising in relation to private immovable property of a diplomatic representative in Nepal except for those held on behalf of, (b) Disputes arising in relation to succession in the personal capacity of a diplomatic representative and not in the case of a foreign state, and (c) Diplomatic representatives in their Cases arising out of doing any business or business-related work outside of official work.

(2) Diplomatic representative shall not be taxed as a witness.

(3) Sub-section on diplomatic representative ( 1) Except in cases under clauses (a), (b) and (c), no proceedings shall be instituted in relation to the execution of judgments, and even in cases where proceedings are allowed, the personal or residential integrity of the diplomatic representative shall not be violated.

( 4) Notwithstanding anything written in this section, the diplomatic representative who is exempted from the above-mentioned jurisdiction shall not be exempted in relation to the claim of the defendant in connection with the case he has handled.
